Frequently Asked Questions

I'm not receiving notifications

Open your iPhone Settings → Goalio → Notifications and make sure Allow Notifications is turned on. Inside the app, also check Settings → Notifications to confirm match alerts are enabled.

How do I change the language?

Open the in-app Settings menu and select your preferred language. Goalio currently supports English and Arabic.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or visit our data deletion page for full details.

My match scores look incorrect or out of date

Pull down on the fixtures or live scores screen to refresh. If a score still looks wrong, please email us with the league, match name, and date so we can investigate.
