Data Deletion Request

1 What Data We Hold

When you use the Goalio app, we may store the following personal data associated with your account:

Full name and email address (used for authentication)
Favorite teams and prediction history
Match prediction scores and leaderboard records
Push notification preferences and device tokens
Challenge league memberships and group activity

2 What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Your account profile (name, email, password hash)
All prediction records and accumulated points
Favorite teams and personalization preferences
Challenge league memberships you have created or joined
Device tokens and push notification subscriptions

⚠️

This action is irreversible. Once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. Anonymized, non-personal statistical data (e.g., aggregate match prediction counts) may be retained for analytics purposes and cannot be traced back to you.

3 How to Request Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request using one of the following methods:

Via the App

Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account inside the Goalio app. Your request will be processed automatically.

Via Email Request

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

To submit a deletion request by email, use the address below. Please include your registered email so we can locate and delete your account.

4 Processing Time

We aim to fulfill all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully deleted from our systems. In some cases, legal obligations may require us to retain certain records for a limited period as permitted by applicable law.
